BLUEBERRY BUCKLE

4T. butter
1/2 C. white sugar
1 egg. beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 C. milk
1 qt. blueberries or
blackberries or
raspberries
Mix first 8 ingredients. Put batter in 8×8″ pan. Pour on fruit. Put
crumbs on top. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour.

CRUMBS:
2 T. butter
1/2 C. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. all-purpose flour
