2? c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
2 tsp. salt
Mix all together, then let stand for about 5 minutes. Add enough bread flour until right thickness. Knead 15 to 20 minutes, then let rise in Tupperware bowl with lid on. Knead down every 20 minutes for 1 hour. Now put in bread pans and let rise. Bake at 400? F till brown, then turn down to 350? F. Bake 45 minutes.
