Bubbat and Chicken

3 pound chicken
BUBBAT:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup plumped raisins
washed prunes
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp melted margarine
salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp baking powder
Wash the chicken inside and out. Put in greased roaster with a little margarine and water. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
Mix the bubbat ingredients and put in and around chicken.
After chicken has cooked for 1 hour – add bubbat and bake for another 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Keep basting chicken and bubbat so bubbat doesn?t dry out.
** can double recipe for a 6 pound chicken
