Cut up 1 head of cabbage. Cook until amost tender. Drain and put into baking dish.Sprinkle salt and pepper over top. Add 3/4 cup of grated white American cheese and 1/2 can of cream of muschroom soup. Cover with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Also very good using asparagus!
