Caramel and Chocolate Pecan Bars

Crust
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup pecan halves
Caramel Layer
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Chocolate
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Combine all crust ingredients except pecans in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly. Press into ungreased 13×9 baking pan. Place pecans evenly over crust set aside.
Combine 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour mixture evenly over pecans and crust. Bake for 18 to 20 minute or until caramel is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on and allow to melt. Swirl with a knife for a marble effect. Cool completely before cutting.
