3 C. grated carrots
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. nutmeats
1 ? C. milk
2 C. flour

Beat eggs and add sugar and milk. Then add carrots and nuts. Put soda in ? cup boiling water
and add to carrot mixture. Add flour and vanilla. Bake in 9?x12″ pan at 350?.
