Cinnamon Rolls with icing (2)

1 1/2cups milk
2 teasp. Salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 pks. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
3 eggs
6 cups of flour

Filling:
Butter, softened
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Icing:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter
2 cups powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbs. cream
(I cheated and bought cream cheese icing)

Butter 3 9 ” cake pans. In small bowl mix yeast and warm water set aside for 5 min. Scald the milk, sugar, salt, and Butter over med high heat. Let this mixture cool completely ! Then Add yeast and eggs. 3 Cups flour blending until you add the remaining 3 cups. Mix till a sticky ball forms .Cover and let dough rise 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Divide dough into 2 pieces! Roll out onto floured surface rectangle shape. Spread butter top with brown sugar sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up jelly style. Cut into 1 inch pieces! Cover the 3 pans with plastic wrap and let rise again 30 min. Bake 350 for 20 minutes! You can freeze these rolls without icing! Enjoy Everyone this will be a keeper in your recipe file!
