Coconut Custard Pie

1/2 c Sugar
1 c Coconut
2 tbsp Butter; melted
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c milk
1 c Molasses; (dark or white)
1 tbsp Flour

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake the pie at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
