Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding

2? cups of corn, canned, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
? teaspoon freshly ground pepper (or white pepper)
1? tablespoons flour
2? tablespoons melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash cinnamon
pinch nutmeg


Drain corn if canned. Thaw corn if frozen.
Mix ingredients in a 1? quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
