DANDELION JELLY Joseph and Lizzie Yoder In early morning, pick 1 quart of dandelion blossoms without any of the stems attached. Boil blossoms with 1 quart of water for 3 minutes. Drain off 3 cups of liquid. Add 1 package or 3 tablespoons fruit pectin, 1 teaspoon lemon or orange extract and 4 ? cups sugar. Boil about 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Its taste resembles honey.
