Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake

2 cups crushed pecan shortbread cookies
1tbsp. all purpose flour
3tbsp. butter melted
11oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
15oz. can pumpkin
3tbsp. all purpose flour
1tbsp. half and half
1tsp. cinnamon
1/4tsp. ginger
1/4tsp. nutmeg
1/4tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs beaten
Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool for 1 hour before refrigerating. Chill 4 hours before serving. I like to serve with fresh whipped cream.
