2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. butter
1tsp. Vanilla
In a saucepan over medium heat combine sugar, cocoa and milk bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat to simmer do not stir. Using a thermometer cook to 238 degrees. Remove from heat stir in butter and vanilla. Beat until mixture loses its sheen. This takes awhile make sure to beat well for best results. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
