Hot Chocolate Sauce

1 C. white sugar
1 C. water
3 T. cocoa
3 T. flour
1/8 t. salt
Cook 3 minutes and add vanilla. The longer you cook it the thicker it gets. Use it warm, or let it cool. You can store it in the fridge and then warm it up again later. It works great as an ice cream topping or drizzled on your favorite dessert or fruit dish. It also makes a good chocolate milk syrup.
