HOT PEPPER BUTTER Mrs. Joas J. Miller 42 hot peppers (all colors) 1 pt. yellow mustard 1 qt. vinegar 1 T. salt 1 C. flour 1 ? C. water 6 C. sugar Grind peppers; add mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt and bring to a boil. Make a paste with flour and water; add to boiling mixture and cook 5 minutes. Pour in pint jars and seal. Makes 7 pints.
