Hot Pepper Mustard

42 hot peppers 1 Tbsp. salt
1 pint yellow mustard 1 cup flour
1 quart vinegar 1 1/2 cup water
6 cups sugar
Grind hot peppers. Add mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to boil. Make paste with flour and water. Add to boiling mixture and cook 5 minutes. Pour in pint jars and seal. Makes 7 pints
