2 C. white sugar
1 C. brown sugar
6 C. milk Flavor (vanilla or maple)
8 eggs

Stir sugar, egg yolks and milk together. Bring to a boil. Take it from oven; then beat egg whites and stir in with the above mixture. When cooled, pour mixture in a 2-gallon freezer. Put in 1 quart cream and milk to fill can about ⅔ full to the top. Very good!
