Juicy Meat Loaf

1? pounds ground beef
1/4 pound ground pork
1/4 cup finely cut onion
1 cup quick-cooking or regular rolled oats
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or 2? teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 beaten egg
1 cup water or milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack into a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375? for 1 – 1? hours. Slice and serve garnished with parsley sprigs.
