Lemon Raisin Sauce (for Gingerbread)

1tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 cup hot water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup seedless raisins
In a saucepan over medium heat combine cornstarch, sugar, brown sugar, salt and ginger. Add hot water and raisins cook until thick stirring occasionally. Add butter, zest and lemon juice whisk well. Cook for 2 minutes. Drizzle warm over gingerbread!!
