2tsp. butter
1/2 cup butter
3 3/4 cup confectioner sugar
1/2 cup powder milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1tsp. vanilla
14oz. bag of caramels melted
1tbsp. half and half
2 cups pecans chopped
Butter a 8 inch square baking pan with 2tsp. butter set aside. Combine confectioners? sugar and powder milk together set aside. In saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar and corn syrup bring to a boil. Stir in confectioners? sugar mixture and mix until thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spread into the greased pan and cool completely. Cut into 4 strips and wrap with wax paper and freeze until firm. Dip strips into melted caramel and roll in chopped pecans. Place rolls on wax paper and allow to cool. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and store in airtight container.
