PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH BEEF WITH ONIONS

Ingredients:
? 1? lbs. boiled beef
? 2 tablespoons butter
? 1 tablespoon vinegar
? 1 onion
? 2 tablespoons flour
? 1 pinch of pepper
? ? cup meat stock
? salt
Directions:
1. Mince the onion
2. Simmer in butter until soft
3. Add flour and simmer until brown
4. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and meat stock
5. Let come to a boil
6. Cut the meat in slices and serve hot, with the onion sauce.
