Pickled Eggs for Canning

? 18 whole, hardboiled, peeled eggs
? 1? quarts white vinegar
? 2 tsp. salt
? 1 Tbsp whole allspice
? 1 Tbsp mixed pickling spices
1. Mix vinegar and spices in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Pack whole, peeled, hardboiled eggs into hot, sterilized wide mouthed jars, leaving ? inch of headspace.
3. Ladle boiling pickling solution over eggs, leaving ? inch of headspace.
4. Remove air bubbles. Seal with lid
5. Process for 25 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.
