STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE

1 1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. flour
1 C. strawberries

2 C. diced rhubarb
2 T. butter
Pastry for 2 crusts

Sift sugar and flour together. Combine ? of flour mixture with fruit. Line pie plate with crust;
sprinkle remaining dry mixture (flour mixture) over bottom. Add fruit filling; dot with butter.
Arrange pastry strips over top in lattice design. Bake at 450? for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°
and bake 30 minutes longer.
