VERY STRAWBERRY PIE

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand
strawberry flavor gelatin
? C. boiling water
? C. ice cubes
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavor
instant pudding and pie filling

? C. milk
3 ? C. Birds Eye Cool Whip whipped
topping, thawed
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 9″ baked pie shell, cooled

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Prepare pie
filling mix with ? cup milk as directed on package for pie; let stand about 2 minutes. Blend in
gelatin. Chill, if necessary, until thickened. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping and
strawberries. Pour into crust. Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional strawberries, if desired.
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes.
