PORK POT PIE WITH DUMPLINGS

Ingredients:
? 8 loin pork chops
? 2 qts. water
? 1 dumpling recipe
? 4 medium potatoes
? 1 lb. sausage in casing
Directions:

1. Boil the pork chops in water for ? hour
2. Add the potatoes cut in half
3. Add the sausage cut in 1 inch pieces
4. Cook until potatoes are almost done
5. Drop well-beaten dumpling dough into the boiling meat mixture
6. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
