Pork Rub

Pork Rub

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup seasoned salt
3tbsp. garlic powder
3tbsp. celery powder
3tbsp. onion powder
1/3 cup paprika
2tbsp. black pepper
1tbsp. lemon pepper
1tsp. dry mustard
1tsp. thyme
1/2tsp allspice
1/2tsp. cayenne pepper
Olive oil for rubbing meat
1 plastic bag
Mix all dry ingredients together place in airtight container. When preparing the pork rub with olive oil and sprinkle spice rub on meat and rub in place in plastic bag and refrigerate 12- 24 hours before grilling or baking. This rub is really good for cooking pork any way
