1 1/2 cups toasted whole pecans
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/8 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1tsp. Vanilla
In a saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients mix well. Cook using a candy thermometer when it reaches 240 degrees remove from heat. Drop by tablespoon onto a greased baking dish. Allow to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
