How to use eggnog to spice up an old holiday favorite like pumpkin pie.
? cup brown sugar, firmly packed
? cup sugar
? tsp salt
? tsp cinnamon
? tsp ground ginger
? tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup prepared eggnog
3 eggs
1 cup mashed pumpkin, canned
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
METHOD:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
PREP TIME: 50 Minutes SERVES: 1 (9-inch) Pie
