QUICK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE Susan D. Yoder 2 C. sugar 3 T. butter 1 C. evaporated milk 1 C. miniature marshmallows 1 12 oz. jar chunky-style peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in a electric skillet. Set at 280?. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8″ square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
