RAISED DONUTS

Dissolve 2 tablespoons yeast in 3 cups lukewarm water. Let soak 5 minutes. Add 3 pounds
donut mix until it can be handled to roll out. Let rise until double in size, about 45 minutes. Roll
out, cut and let rise about 30 minutes. Fry in deep fat. Makes approximately 75 donuts.
