Raisin Cream Pie

1 Cup of raisins
Cover with water and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
2 Cups of milk
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
4 T of flour
1 T of butter
Bring milk to boil.
Mix sugar, eggs and flour together. Add a little milk and stir. Then, mix with milk and cook until thickened. Add Raisins and butter. Cool. Add a little whipped topping to make real creamy and smooth. Put into baked pie shell. Top with whipped topping and serve. Makes 1 pie
