? 6 Tablespoons flour
? 1/2 cup milk
? 1/2 teaspoon salt
? 6 eggs
? 1 1/2 Tablespoons
? butter
Directions: Mix flour and milk into a smooth paste. Add eggs and salt and mix well into a thin batter. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. Cut and stir with spatula until completely cooked through…and until golden brown if desired. Serve hot.
