2 1/2 to 3 Cups rhubarb diced and scalded.
Sift together 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Flour 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix with rhubarb and
put in 9” unbaked pie crust.
Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup sugar and pour over rhubarb already in pie crust.
Bake 45 to 50 min at 350
