SINGLE RAISED DONUTS

3 eggs
6 C. flour
2 C. warm water
1 T. salt
4 T. yeast
½ C. sugar
½ C. lard
Dissolve yeast in water. Add all ingredients together in bowl; mix well. Let rise to double size.
Roll out, cut and let rise again. Fry in deep fat. Cool and glaze. These stay soft and good for
quite a while.
