TO CAN HOT PEPPERS Mrs. Joas J. Miller 1 qt. vinegar 3 qts. water 2 C. white sugar 1 T. salt Cut peppers in pieces and pack in jars. Combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Boil a few minutes; then add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to each quart of peppers. Pour hot vinegar mixture over peppers and seal.
