TURTLE CANDY Susan D. Yoder 2 C. white sugar ? C. butter 250 ? C. white Karo syrup 1 C. cream Cook and stir the above ingredients until it boils. Then add 1 more cup of cream. Cook to soft ball stage (or 238?). Pour over chopped pecans in buttered pan. When cold, cut in squares and dip in chocolate. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
