VANILLA ICE CREAM Joseph and Lizzie Yoder 1pt. milk 3 eggs 1 C. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract ? tsp. salt 2 C. thin cream Scald the milk; add well beaten eggs to it and cook in a double boiler until as thick as boiled custard. Remove from the heat; add sugar and when cold add the vanilla., salt and cream. Ready to freeze.
