VANILLA YOGURT Mrs. Joas J. Miller 1 gal. milk 2 T. plain gelatin 2 tsp. vanilla 2 C. sugar 1 C. water 4 T. yogurt Heat milk to 190?. Cool to 130?. Add sugar and gelatin (which has been dissolved in the water). Add vanilla and yogurt. Beat all together with egg beater until well mixed. Pour into 5 quart jars. Put lids on, but don’t screw on. Put in a warm place that is 85? for 8 hours.
