1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
Mix ingredients, then add flour slowly till a soft rollable dough.
A trick my mom taught me to roll out nice even dough is to use the pasta attachment on my noodle cutter and it will give you long pasta and just cut the length into your preference and add your filling:)
