3 lbs. hamburger
3 onions, diced
1 10 oz. pkg. noodles
1 qt. diced potatoes
1 qt. peas

3 to 4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper, garlic and onion powder as you wish
? C. water

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. cans tomato soup, chili sauce or
ketchup
1 qt. toasted bread crumbs
2 lbs. cheese

1 pt. celery

Fry hamburger and onions in a little butter. Cook each 1 separately: potatoes, peas, celery and
noodles. In a large roaster or 2 smaller ones, first place hamburger, then potatoes and celery.
Now, pour over this the mushroom soup. Next, add noodles, peas, tomato soup and bread
crumbs. Grate cheese over top. Bake in slow oven for 1 hour or longer. Cover, if it gets too
brown.
